Greetings from Nina

Hi! I'm Nina, a psychologist and Gestalt therapist with over 30 years of experience. I work with anxiety, inner tension, the aftermath of difficult events, loss and the feeling that "I can't cope any more".

I use the Gestalt approach, EMDR and trauma-focused methods. Safety, respect for your pace and real change matter to me. I help people understand themselves better, reduce anxiety and find inner stability.
