Greetings from Maryna
Hi, I'm Maryna, a psychological counsellor with a degree in psychology, and in my work I use cognitive behavioral therapy techniques. I help people cope with anxiety, emotional exhaustion, self-doubt, difficult life situations and inner struggles. In our sessions we explore together the links between thoughts, emotions and behaviour, look for the causes of difficulties and choose practical tools to help you feel better. My approach is support, acceptance and a safe, non-judgemental space where you can talk openly about what matters, understand yourself better and gradually move towards the changes you want.

How does the first meeting go?
The first session is an introduction. You tell what is happening, and the specialist asks clarifying questions and suggests a course of action. There is no obligation: if you feel that it is not "your" specialist, we will select another one.
