Greetings from Oksana

Hi! I'm Oksana Nekypila, a practising psychologist with over 10 years of professional experience. I have worked with adults since 2014 in individual, group and online formats.

I specialise in CBT, mindfulness and crisis support. I work with anxiety, depressive states, PTSD, acute stress, insomnia and loss. I have experience working with people who have lived through traumatic events of the war, as well as in humanitarian and social projects.

In my work I combine structure, empathy, creativity and flexibility. I believe a safe therapeutic relationship helps restore inner resources and improve quality of life.

How does the first meeting go?
