I am Ruslana, a practical psychologist, a member of the Ukrainian Institute of Symbol Drama and Depth Psychology. I carefully accompany people in difficult periods of life, helping them find inner support and better understand themselves.
I work in the method of symbol drama - a deep direction of psychotherapy, which through images, emotions and inner experience helps to explore the inner world, experiences and needs.
Safe space, sensitivity, sincere contact and respect for each person's pace are important to me in my work. I believe that even in crisis you can find support, and that behind anxiety, exhaustion or pain, there is often an important story that needs attention and care.
My goal is not to "fix" a person, but to help him feel better about himself, restore inner support and find his own way to change.

How does the first meeting go?
The first session is an introduction. You tell what is happening, and the specialist asks clarifying questions and suggests a course of action. There is no obligation: if you feel that it is not "your" specialist, we will select another one.
