Greetings from Oksana

Hello! My name is Oksana. I work in an integrative approach, combining logotherapy and existential analysis, ACT, emotional-imaginative therapy, schema therapy and brainspotting. In my work I aim to create a safe and attentive space where you can talk about difficult things, find support and gradually return to inner balance.

I follow the principles of respect, confidentiality and a non-judgemental attitude. I truly believe every person has the power to heal within them, and my task is to help you see it, feel it and learn to rely on it.
